Oh, believe me, I am always standing by that pause button as well. I ended up purchasing a 12 x 24 mat and turning it sideways, so that it measured 24 x 12 and it was a 👍 for the project. I noticed force and blade depth matters as well when keeping the vinyl from shifting. The decal came out really nice, although not a fan of poisonous spiders. 🙏

I've just bought myself a Loklik cutter, so not real expensive but a start towards what I'm wanting to do. I do have a question based on what I'm seeing in your videos. If I wanted to cut a 4ft long label decal, how do I do that without a cutting board that long? Can these machines be used without the cutting boards?

Pricing is a perennial problem for all businesses. I started working for a sign shop back in the late nineties. That guy tried charging based on his costs. He would charge double his materials cost, as a rule of thumb. At the time, it seemed to be a competitive rate. I'm not sure how well that would work today. It seems like it might not be enough.

Hi. I’m having problems with R-tape leaving bubbles after being stored. I’ve tried AT75 and AT65. This leads to the customer getting bubbles in their decals when they apply them. Any ideas? I do send them rolled up but I thought that’s how everyone does it.
